This program is for the age group of 7 to 21 years old.

Objective of this program is:

  • To increase your attention span in the classroom which would directly enhance your learning. This shall reduce the need for extra classes, tuition, multiple revisions and homework 
  • To increase your retention ability by clearing the space in your subconscious 
  • To automatically lead you to reproduce in your examination better and more accurately. Therefore, you score more while studying less. 

This program has 3 components:

Workbook: The Effortless Excellence program is actually just the workbook. Your companion for 18 minutes to attain effortless excellence. This is all you need to do every academic day. This will help you become aware of yourself with respect to academics. The workbook is complete in itself for all age groups. It is your daily companion. Do you wonder why a physical copy of the workbook and not a mobile app? Experience it and you will discover the reason. 

However, a support system has been created for you to get better and faster with the workbook. 

Effortless Excellence-Science (Book): This book will lay down the foundation, principles and science behind how you move towards effortless excellence with the workbook just by going to bed 18 minutes before your usual sleep time. 

Online Lectures :

There are two types of lectures made available to you online – 

  1. The book, Effortless Excellence – Science (Foundation), is also covered in detail in online lectures to deepen your understanding of the concepts. 
  1. Also the techniques which you would be using during 18 minutes are explained in the lecture in detail. In addition, for your last 9 minutes, there is a guided script which will enhance your experience and help you sleep deeper.   

Interventions & Support 

The workbook is very simple for you to pursue on your own. However, as you begin, you will find that a lot of emotional issues are surfacing and you may need guidance. Issues can be emotional, academic, relationship related or any other issue such as seeing a dream or a nightmare. Live support sessions with teachers will help you get answers to your questions, or get guidance to move over roadblocks : 


  • Jigyasa : Once-a-month discussion sessions, to help you discuss your issues, identify roadblocks and strengthen your practice of 18 minutes. 
  • Topic Specific Session: Periodically, various sessions related to your issues will be organised. Issues such as bullying, trauma, relationship with friends and family  etc. Requests for such sessions can be made by students, parents or teachers.  
  • Jigyasa (Parents): These sessions will be periodically organised on a need basis, post faculty evaluation during the program. These sessions will help parents become enablers in their child’s journey. 
  • Online forum to post queries: Open for students and parents.

How does it Work?

  • For daily practice, children are given : 

    • Effortless Excellence -Science (Theory) 
    • Effortless Excellence Workbook 

    They are only supposed to go to bed 18 minutes early. Effortless Excellence Workbook has trackers for Academic day. They have to do rating of their subjects – step 1 and step 2 in the workbook. Then they slip into bed and start with the last step, and allow sleep to take over. The process for them will flow in sleep. 

    Effortless Excellence Workbook has trackers for 3 months. Students will get 3 workbooks for the complete year and can reorder the workbook again for the next year.
