What is the Gap? 

Mind of a child: 

Every child is born with spirit & wisdom. In the first 7 years if the spirit is child is allowed to expand, it will reveal the purpose and wisdom to pursue the wisdom. This is how a prodigy is created. This is how in ancient time, a child was not sent to Gurukul till age seven. Parenting styles these days are fear based as opposed to being wisdom based. Fear given by parents drives the child towards survival rather than choosing to express his spirit, which is his true nature. Fear based parenting is effective only when a child feels his survival will be difficult if he does not study. In prosperous families, even if you give a lot of fear of survival, a child knows from the living standard that survival is not an issue. This course has been designed to move the parent and child back to their innate wisdom to open and lay down the path to create a prodigy out of them. 

Science of root cause of your suffering:  

Mind has no mind outside the need to survive. In its purest form, it is consciousness. Its only function is to regulate, suppress, express or control an emotion. The difference between prodigy and you are that their space is filled with vision and curiosity leads them to remain focused while your mind has partitions and fragmentation. Your subconscious has a lot of suppressed emotions which keep interfering with retention and then your ability to remain focused to reproduce whatever you could retain. Therefore, it first affects your learning by drifting your attention to attend to emotions, then it interferes with retention as subconscious is filled with emotions where learning is stored and then same fragmented mind does not let you reproduce. 

10 Reasons Why a student loses Focus/Lack of attention span 

  1. Left & Right brain coordination: There are only two types of subjects to study- logical and creative. Finding a subject boring is due to improper development of one of the two faculties (left brain and right brain or male and female energy) and inability to reproduce learning comes from poor coordination between these two energies.  
  2. Boring teacher is really a symptom or a trigger and not the root cause.
  3. Neglect by parents: If a child has a younger sibling, it is natural that the parents will give more attention to the new-born. This may lead the child to feel left out and neglected.  
  4. Death of a closed one: If the child has faced or witnessed a death in the family, it is quite common for the child to often feel lost in the classroom.   
  5. Abuse: If the child has experienced sexual abuse very early on in life it is highly likely that the child’s attention will keep drifting away from the present moment to the moment of trauma in the past.   
  6. Separation from parents: If a child has been brought up in his grandparents’ place, largely away from his parents even for a few months or years, the child has experienced abandonment. This would become an area of developing loss of trust and therefore leading to the child feeling lost or traumatized.  
  7.  Physical violence: If a child has experienced harsh words or physical violence, coming from parents or any family member, he or she will constantly be experiencing the emotion of fear and threat. Therefore, affecting his/her ability to focus.   
  8. Conflict between parents: If a child has experienced unstable parental relationship or regular fights at home  
  9. Bullying: If a child has been bullied at school or home by his friends  
  10. Unwanted Child: If the child was an unwanted child- conceived by mistake, then the child may be showing symptoms of lowered attention span.   

 And these reasons affect the sleep and that in turn affects attention span, and this is a vicious circle 

 

 

Science of Cure (SoC)- Your path to excellence 

Science of cure works on principle 

Every moment we live is an event and every event generates an emotion. Emotions have motion, if not held inside by a belief. Once held inside, they begin to form subconscious and a part of mind is required to keep it suppressed all the time. The more emotions you suppress, the more part of your mind needs to keep them suppressed and a lesson is available for the present moment. The nature is such that it is not possible to keep emotions suppressed all the time. It seeks periodic release. When you do not do that, it affects your sleep or your dreams are scary. You become reactive and often have an outburst in hopelessness. You avoid taking responsibilities because you are choked. You experiment with dark habits to secretly release your suffocation.  

In the process, no matter how much you are loved, appreciated and provided for by your parents, you feel unheared, unaccepted and appreciated and unloved.  

The Technique to reverse your suffering:  

  1. Breathing is inversely proportional to thoughts. 
  2. Function of thoughts is to suppress/regulate the emotions 
  3. Then thoughts dimishes, it reveals the emotions 
  4. Emotions have motion 
  5. When your breath your emotions, it leaves you 
  6. Your subconscious is now cleared. Your mind is free to remain focused 
  7. In this process, you become aware about your tendencies. You gain wisdom

5 Reasons why an Intelligent Child isn’t Scoring? 

No parent is a bad parent. Every parent does the best for their child and holds a vision for the child’s future to be bright and prosperous. However, regardless of how excellent your parenting is, the design of life is such that there will be a moment or few in a child’s life where they would end up being in an unfavorable situation- at home or outside.  

Every moment is an event, and every event has an emotion. The most common situations where trauma is formed in a child are as follows-

Parents are continuously working to provide a conducive environment for a child to thrive and prosper. However, in an effort to do so, a child’s space and time are both bombarded with too much structure. Parents feel that keeping a child continually in a schedule is the way to keep him/her out of mischief. There is no space for a child to exhibit or do what he/she loves doing. The free spirit of a child is curtailed, leading his/her curiosity to dwindle. Curiosity & wonderment is what each child is born with and if allowed to thrive, will reflect in all spheres of life – even school exams. A child feels constrained in expressing himself/herself freely, leading to constraint showing up in all walks of life. 

Education is meant to expand the awareness of a child, enhancing his curiosity and to move them towards wonderment or mystery. However, education has become more of a burden for children and parents, rather than expanding their horizons. They have become mass production units, where children are being groomed to fit into various professions as outlined by the demand in that time and space. For instance, the 90s was the decade of traditional engineering that evolved to software engineering and now the market is veering towards AI etc. All efforts of the education system are to meet the demands of that era. Vision for each child and nurturing of that vision is missing. So how do we ensure that a child, rather than feeling lost, learns and excels based on the available infrastructure?  

Every parent wants to see the child thrive. But rather than giving them space to flourish, it becomes an ambition/aspiration to ensure that the child does better than everyone else. More than the kids, it is the parents who are driven by fear. Fear of will he/she be able to survive in this world when we are no longer around. The children start falling prey to this fear, and the need to fulfil their parents’ expectations. This is performance pressure – How to ensure that the concern of parents doesn’t hamper a kid’s performance?

This program has evolved out of the same science. It has the objective of creating excellence in children, but it actually handles root cause eradication. A healthy normal child through this program moves upwards towards excellence, and a child suffering with special cases or severe issues of trauma moves towards an improved state of mental health.  Therefore, this program is a very good starting point for your child in special cases too. 

In order to successfully reverse such disorders over a period of time, a lot of additional work will be required. Through the book and our online courses and physical retreats, we address these issues. This requires family to participate. You may take one-on-one session with our coaches, and we will guide you how to start moving towards experiencing the cure.  

However, start with this program. Unless it is a very severe case, most of the symptoms will reverse through this program itself.

Agneya is our flagship practice session which helps students go deeper and cure themselves. Gurukul is a doubt clearing session. 

However, both these are combined for this program and tailormade for young students to make this intervention relatable to their issues. In this intervention, they will learn to cure themselves of various emotional issues which they are aware of or are suppressed inside them. 

Students will be practising such simple breathing-based techniques with the guidance of the faculty every weekend. Each session first begins with a doubt clearing session about various courseware lectures.

The courseware is designed in three parts 

These lectures become the base for students to understand how the internal science is working for them. Students and parents can keep watching these lectures over the year to have strong fundamentals for excellence. 

Every working day students need to spend only 18 minutes with the workbook. 

Theory taught, and practical sessions done by the student through the week are implemented in experiential sessions, where they experience the science. Students then begin to monitor their progress on a daily basis.

THEORY

Every child is born with inherent wisdom and if allowed to nurture the wisdom in the first seven years, becomes a prodigy.  

What is the difference between a child prodigy and you?  Is there a way you can move towards your own inherent wisdom? What is the science of mental health? How do I know that I have a stable mind, or am I prone to mental health issues? Can I measure it every day? Would I know what kind of choices will damage my mental health? 

In this lecture you will become aware of the science and diagnose yourself and learn why you are unable to remain focused.  

This lecture is a practical step-by-step guidance on filling up the workbook. Why shall you fill it? How it helps you? What are the long-term implications of filling your workbook? 

The power is in your hands. The choices are with you. Learn to measure your own mental health which is a measure of moving towards excellence. You will know much before your examination, how you are going to perform and how to improve the chances of excellence. 

Section Two:  

A 3-part series of lectures where you learn to identify your emotions and learn to find a relationship of your emotions. For example, how anger gives birth to hopelessness and that takes you to self-pity and influences other events. You learn to create relationship of your own emotions through a flow chart. This helps you in multiple ways:

Section One: How to Move Towards Excellence

In this lecture, the students will learn about their emotions. We often struggle to name our emotions. This module will help the students to learn to identify their emotions through real time events experienced by them. 

 

Through this module you will learn about the science of transition of your emotions. This too will be done with live events that you have encountered.   1. Agneya + Gurukul: Weekly morning session

Agneya is our flagship practice session which helps students go deeper and cure themselves. Gurukul is a doubt clearing session. 

However, both these are combined for this program and tailormade for young students to make this intervention relatable to their issues. In this intervention, they will learn to cure themselves of various emotional issues which they are aware of or are suppressed inside them. 

Students will be practising such simple breathing-based techniques with the guidance of the faculty every weekend. Each session first begins with a doubt clearing session about various courseware lectures.

THEORY

Every child is born with inherent wisdom and if allowed to nurture the wisdom in the first seven years, becomes a prodigy.  

What is the difference between a child prodigy and you?  Is there a way you can move towards your own inherent wisdom? What is the science of mental health? How do I know that I have a stable mind, or am I prone to mental health issues? Can I measure it every day? Would I know what kind of choices will damage my mental health? 

In this lecture you will become aware of the science and diagnose yourself and learn why you are unable to remain focused.  

This lecture is a practical step-by-step guidance on filling up the workbook. Why shall you fill it? How it helps you? What are the long-term implications of filling your workbook? 

The power is in your hands. The choices are with you. Learn to measure your own mental health which is a measure of moving towards excellence. You will know much before your examination, how you are going to perform and how to improve the chances of excellence. 

Section Two:  

A 3-part series of lectures where you learn to identify your emotions and learn to find a relationship of your emotions. For example, how anger gives birth to hopelessness and that takes you to self-pity and influences other events. You learn to create relationship of your own emotions through a flow chart. This helps you in multiple ways: 

  • It makes you aware of your destructive tendencies and arrests you from falling prey to it.

There is nothing like a boring subject or a boring topic. It is due to the imbalance of male and female energies or due to fear of that subject. Your knowledge about emotions and flow charting will decode the root cause and will effortlessly inspire you to take interest in the subject.

Unlearn what you have learned and dissolve your subconscious and become one consciousness so that you can learn to translate your learning:  

The excellence produced by children is because their learning is filled in the space of their subconscious. Conscious mind cannot retain that vast information. The reason you are not able to produce excellence is because your subconscious is filled with emotions and traumas.  

  • Learn the science of studying while sleeping and in an experience-based session, learn the technique.  
  • Every day, 10 minutes before you go to bed, schedule your time and slip into sleeping while initiating the technique. 

Section 6 

You may want to call it time management but that will be wrong. We call it energy optimization.  

8 Prahar of the day have specific frequency. If you study a specific subject in a specific Prahar being aware of the frequency, you are aligned to nature and hence information becomes knowledge and knowledge becomes wisdom, as you breathe your learning from that frequency range. It is further mapped to the frequency of the examination for specific subjects.  

 

This lecture is also to be watched by parents so that they can create appropriate environment for the child. Now parents are no more helpless in the journey of their child. They can do meaningful contribution in helping the child perform fearlessly. The best part is when you, as a parent, become aware of the Prahar, you will experience the difference in your wellbeing before you teach your children.

Every child’s vision unfolds during a woman’s pregnancy, however in modern- times, during their period of pregnancy, mothers fail to tune into it, and often pass on to the child their inadequacies, hopelessness and toxicity. The vision for the child is buried underneath!! 

You can now reverse the toxicity you have passed on to the child and set the child free to expand the spirit and move towards wisdom rather than paying for your wounds. 

How do you see your child 20 years from now – a vision for your child?

The world is changing more rapidly than your emotions for the child. In 10 to 20 years, your child will have very different challenges than we can imagine. Education, knowledge, connections, money will not make your child successful though it is a very good support system. It is wisdom and vision for future which will make your child successful in their career, life and in relationship. 

 

Once a parent, you die as a parent only. Children never grow up for you. They face various challenges in their life – Starting from coming home 10 minutes late in the evening, to preparing for examination, and various situations with their friends, and later in their adult life also.  

Though normal for them, we as parents become sleepless and constantly worry for them.  

The children who excel, their parents do not worry but hold the space. That is how they transmit their blessings to the child in which, no matter wherever the child is, they feel safe, secure, loved and protected and this takes the worry off the child and brings a shift in the child to face the situation with wisdom and faith.  

Learn how to hold space for your child silently and at a distance. This is an ancient technique used by mystics to make their students successful in their life. 

How to prepare for examination:  

8 Prahar of the day are optimized for specific subjects to be studied in specific Prahar and synched with the Prahar in which examination will take place.  

Become a guide and mentor to your child. This is in your control to create an environment and energy field for your child to naturally thrive while learning. When you practice it, you will experience your own health and wellbeing improving as well.

EXPERIENCE 

Conducted on weekends, it is an experience-based session. This session is evolved, and tailor-made for young students and has roots in our mature structure and process of Gurukul, Agneya and Jigyasa. 

This is your time in a week where you will experience being intimate with yourself. Feeling loved and appreciated for who you are. The objective of this program is to grow your ability to focus, dissolve negativity accumulated through the week, enhance ability to retain your learning and ability to trust your insights. 

This session has two parts 

  1. Based on your weekly worksheet filled, you will be given guidance and your doubts will be cleared. 
  2. Experience-based session: You will be experiencing science of cure on issues identified through the week. Issues can be emotional, academic, relationship or any other issue such as seeing some dream or nightmare. Founder’s Note- For Parents 

We have gone through the age that our children are in. We are as good for them to deal with these difficult formative years, as good as we were when we dealt with our issues in that age. 

No matter how good we are as parents, every parenting somehow always has gaps which influences the choices and pattern of the child in growing up years.  

Times have changed and every seven years or so, we have a new generation coming up with new paradigm. No matter how hard we try to be contemporary, with every passing day we are becoming obsolete for this age group. The gap is widening.  

Nature of this age group from 11 to 19 is such that it is meant for discovering individuality. Therefore, moving away from parents and home is a natural fall out. What is supposed to be harmonious evolution of children and parents into individuality, is often very painful for both. Such a phenomenon was not so prominent and visible in olden days but in the face of massive choices, information and rather less pressure to survive, the gap is widening. This is where the real challenge is.  

The raw sexual energy given to them by nature needs to be regulated to develop the attribute to create vision for future, but since there is no authentic guidance left for them anymore, children are left lose to learn through trial and error. We need authentic, contemporary and experience-based mentoring for our children where they first experience the deep connect with themselves before adopting a holistic lifestyle.  

The program is based on inner journey – Helping our youth get grounded within themselves and discover their inner wisdom and feel guided by their own insights. The program is created in such a way that children of all ages can relate to the program and experience the difference. Although this program is to develop excellence for their chosen career options, it however is the simpler part. Real work takes place at the root cause level where their spirit and wisdom are contaminated due to upbringing and environment and is influencing their choices to lead them towards destruction rather than being constructive.  

There is a lot of unlearning we will have to do with your child. As with any generation, fear-based programming destroys the vision of a child. We would need a lot of help from you when your children work with us. Here is how you can help your child

Having raised two teenagers myself, this program has roots in all the wisdom I acquired from my children. The first step for parents is to fill in their Diagnostic form. The form has been structured to help the parents understand parenting and their kids from an all-new perspective – a perspective that they have rarely explored

 Review call has been built in the program, so that parents have a clearer understanding of their children, understand the areas where the child is feeling stuck, and help them get unstuck from there. The counselling call will also help the parent clear any doubts and move deeper into their journey as a parent. 

 Lectures for parents have been integrated into the courseware, to help the parents understand the work kids are doing on themselves, and to ensure that parents are also on the same plane as the child. 

Cure of any suffering lies within you, and that is what the program takes the kids towards – be it suffering in exams or suffering with parents/friends. Parents are the umbrella which continuously protects and nurtures the child. The parents can make this safety net robust and better, by working on themselves. A parent, who has worked on themselves, and is more aware of their emotions, can help the child perform better in exams, by holding the space for their kids, as they go in for exams in school/college/life. 

 

How often will I experience this? 

The process which will be taught to you, is easy to practise.  

  • You can practise this whenever you wish to. Or if there is a need due to unstable emotions etc. So, it can be done anytime. 
  • Each time you practise the technique as taught and guided by your faculty you will experience the results.  
  • No two meditation experiences are the same. So do not expect the exact same effects. If you do that you are not surrendering to the experience. If you do surrender, you will be open to more and more new experiences each day. Some even better. 

 

How long is this session? 

This is a 3-hour session. The first hour will be a doubt clearing session. This does not mean that you are doing meditation for 3 hours.  Rather we are learning to work out problems and gently arrive at a state of meditation with our specific problems in our space and attention.   

Arriving at the state of meditation may often entail a few attempts depending on the severity of one’s issue. A handheld guided method would ensure that you arrive at this state. You may fail in the first attempt and that is fine, however, our faculty will guide you with course correction to arrive at the state of cure.

For last 12 years, we worked on severe cases of suffering. We worked on relationships, and we worked on rare cases as well as on business houses. Each of these cases had profound effect in reversing the suffering.

Then every now and then, we worked on children and young adults. Our small intervention created excellence.   2. How to dissolve various emotions such as anger, fear etc 
  3. How to dissolve temptations without suppressing or without indulging 
  4. How to dissolve boredom for a topic or subject 
  5. How to address loneliness, unworthiness, and inadequacy 
  6. How to cure trauma of a breakup 
  7. How to dissolve any emotional issues over and above this  

While drawing our algorithm, we start with identifying our symptoms. Do we look at our symptoms of today or from our childhood? Our tendencies also seem like they are about today and not from our childhood. How should I interpret this?

You can start with identifying your symptoms today and make your Algorithm identifying your Lack, Tendency and Pattern. It may seem like the tendencies are loud and clear today. This is only because as an adult, you are either more aware of it, or the tendency is more pronounced. However, if you go back to that age group of 7-14, you will find that the same tendency existed back then as well.  

For example – your lack is abandonment and so your tendency is need to prove/ excel. As an adult, you try extremely hard to prove yourself at work, but maybe as a ten-year-old you wanted to make sure that you win a colouring competition or feel worthy by collecting the maximum number of berries or fruits. 

 So, you would notice how the nature of tendency existed even back then – sometimes subtly, sometimes pronounced. It is just a matter of developing sensitivity to recognize it in that time and space. However, you can always work with current scenarios. 

Now that I have made my algorithm and have identified my lack, what do I do with this? Do I have to re-visit my childhood?

In every moment of disappointment – current or past, you can experience the lack. There are two ways to attend to the lack, once identified – 

  1.  You may simply keep your Algorithm/Lack in awareness by writing the events of the current time and go into breathing 
  2. You can revisit your childhood and write about moments that you experienced the Lack/Algorithm and once you have written a few events (in detail), you may lay down and begin to observe your breath. 

In either of the processes, your Algorithm/lack is in your complete awareness and observing your breath after this would only bring an expansion in your awareness. 

After finding my LTP and mapping my algorithm, I can see how I have suffered in my childhood and continue to do so. What can I do to remedy this and reverse my suffering?

 Since you are seeking the cure, you must know that state of meditation is the state of cure. The more you are in this state, the more you move towards light, thus curing your suffering.  

All the things which come into your awareness, must now be attended to by Observing your breath. For process of attending to what has surfaced, refer to Ques no 8
