WHO WE ARE?
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT?
- We are a health and well-being organization. We collect information to provide better services to all our users.
- When you create an account on our website, you provide us with personal information that includes your name and other information and a password. Even if you aren’t signed in to an Account, you might choose to provide us with information — like an email address to receive updates about our services.
- Whenever you visit the site for our services, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser version, pages of our service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. We collect information about your activity on our services.
- We use the information we collect, like your email address, to interact with you and the community directly. For example, we may let you know about upcoming changes or improvements to our services or of any upcoming program. And if you contact us, we’ll keep a record of your request in order to help solve any issues you might be facing.
- When visitors leave comments on our website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help spam detection.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?
- If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
- For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile, in our database. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

- To facilitate our service
- To provide the service on our behalf
- To perform service-related services; or
