OTB in Estonia- A blog from a student of Curedemy

In Estonia, there was a select gathering of leaders from all walks of life to share, exchange and debate ideas on, philosophy, the state of the world and cultural experiences. In the vast frozen landscape, where even part of the sea has frozen over, Estonians are keenly aware of the existential threats in the neighbourhood – flanked by Russia, Latvia and sharing a maritime border with Finland, and achieved the restoration of Independence from the Soviet Union in 1991.

A session was organised to share the personal journey by a volunteer and provide an introduction to Meditation – The Cure – Breath, Sleep and Sexuality – with the support of the NV Life team. The energy of the gathering received insights into the fractured nature of current leadership and that to heal the world, we have to heal the leaders. The practice of OTB was performed and then everyone shared their experiences.  It was an overwhelming experience for some – and for everyone, it was a meaningful intervention to them personally.

Many of the participants continued to reach out and discuss this later with the volunteer and said:

“This was the best session of the entire two days.”
“I have never managed to go so quickly into my emotions.”
“To my surprise, I did not face any barriers when I was observing OTB.”

Some of the participants wanted to carry this forward and go deeper and explore how this can help them and more people in realising their true vision and heal themselves. The common theme was how can we alleviate our personal suffering.
