Is desperation your driver?

Do you grab the first offer?

At the first hint of love, acceptance and recognition do you drop everything and seize the opportunity, for fear that it may be withdrawn?

“Nature never hurries yet everything is accomplished” – Lao Tzu

Why then are we in a tearing hurry to clasp at what we get, for fear that it may be withdrawn?

This scarcity and fear stems from our lack of faith.

From the wide glaring chasm of our perceived lack.

I lack, I do not have.

Coach imbibes as student imparts

The depth of my lack, the fear of abandonment as I escape it by turning away from breath leads to desperation.

I must get it, whether I beg, borrow or steal.

My student mirrors this – his desperation to be the Hero, the savior against all odds rooted in his abandonment. His need to be accepted which becomes the greed.
