Sexuality, is not to be confused with sex. It is the third pillar of health and well-being. Therefore, it is the flow of life force energy that flows as prana in our body with every breath. The very word ‘sexuality’ itself is something on which we have created enormous amount of belief, judgement and morality.
What is the purpose of this life force energy?
Is it given in every breath only for the purpose of procreation or does it hold within its folds mystery and a higher potential?
Where does it go when we do not pay attention to it?
How does sexuality play a governing role in determining the fatal occurences of your life?
Abuse – we have a conditioned response to the word. It is something that happened to us often without our choice or consent. It has a negative connotation. We are the victims and there is often a perpetrator of the act. We hold various emotions within us unaddressed, as a result of this horrific act. Anger, self pity, guilt and shame. What if you learnt that you attracted this abuse? It was a result of a hidden subliminal belief in your subconscious that manifested this into your reality. Do these words push you further down the rabbit hole of disbelief and disgust or are you willing with curiosity to learn the science of abuse and heal it? From victimhood to empowerment.
Love, Care and Desire. In an ideal perfect world our relationships would have all 3 aspects in equal measure and we would feel complete and fulfilled in them. Love is like the road, care is the car and desire is the driver. If any one of these are lacking the ride is sure to be bumpy. What is missing and where are we going wrong?
