Your suffering is a result of your tendencies to conform to a pattern. Your tendencies are created to hide your lack. Your lack was created in age 0-7. This is nature. What drives you to make a choice over another one - anger over love, doubt over trust? Your choices are governed by hope and hopelessness, both hidden in the subconscious. And you discover them only when you have reacted or made an impulsive decision.

If Cure is in the moment of pause- and it is so – Chetna is the program to expand the moment of pause through our algorithm. This expands the moment of pause, bringing hope and hopelessness to your awareness. This alone is enough to break your pattern and not to succumb to your tendency

What do you mean by suffering?

We define any kind of human suffering under 3 categories - Distress, Disorder and Disease.  Another way to say the same thing is to classify your issues between health and well-being. If you have a disease in the body, it is a health issue.   If it is an emotional or mental issue, then it is distress and disorder and it is called well-being issue.Health is directly proportional to well-being.

Before losing health, you lose well-being. Any suffering or unfortunate situation, first comes at energy body, then it comes in emotional body and from there it impacts mental body before finally puncturing the internal functioning of the body and becoming a disease. Therefore, working on restoring your well-being is equivalent to preventive health work done on self.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

Our programs are based on the book Meditation the Cure. It establishes that the cure is within you. This means two things:  How to turn within? Is there a science which can be followed? Or it is an art that only some can become good at? 

Your suffering is a result of your life events. Your life events are the result of your choices subconsciously or consciously. Your choices are driven by your tendencies. Your tendencies are based on the belief  you created based on your life experiences. It is one big ‘chakravyuh’. How to break that? 

The objective of this program is to get you started on your transformation. You learn the science of turning inward because the cure is within you.  You will learn to diagnose the root cause of your suffering and its pattern with our new-found algorithm. 

As you begin to gain comfort with the techniques, you will begin to experience early signs of recovery from your suffering, during the program, as has been the case with all our students in the past. As you implement your learnings, you begin to restore your health and well-being.   

This is the starting point for everyone.  Your next steps with us will take you to the advanced- level programs – Vedna and Manthan, which you can enrol in, to deepen your inner journey and treatment. Also, we may advise you to enrol for all the 3 programs, right at the onset, should your condition be severe and chronic. 

COURSEWARE

The state of meditation (Yog Nidra) is the state of cure. For any form of suffering. It starts with observing the breath. 

There are so many breathing techniques and almost all of them are available free of cost. You will wonder than why do we have such an elaborate book and so many intense courses. 

This is where the science of cure comes in play to understand what does it take to cure with breath. No one else will say to you that your breath is cure. This shall rest any argument and comparison and learn how it becomes cure. Here are the steps of science of cure 

 

  1. Breathing is inversely proportional to thoughts. As you begin to observe your breath, your thoughts begin to diminish 
  2. Thoughts are representing or suppressing emotions. When thoughts diminish, emotions begin to surface as now the thought which was controlling is gone. Emotions are a result of events in life.
  3. Each moment we live is an event and every event has emotions. 
  4. Emotions are kept suppressed through belief. As emotions surface, belief comes in awareness. 
  5. Emotions have motion. As you continue to observe breath, emotions begin to leave your body. 
  6. When you arrive at a state of zero thoughts, that state is the state of meditation and that state is state of cure. 

This is the science of cure. As you turn inwards, it opens up your whole life in front of you which is what you have set out to cure, with this program. 

This powerful science remains at the center of all techniques through which you learn to cure the deepest wounds, abuse and trauma of your past in hours.  

The Code- The secrets of our life are written in our life events. Our birth is not an accident and we are not born to suffer. When your life events are fed in this algorithm, you arrive at the source of your sufferings within a matter of minutes.  It then on its own, begins to decode the hidden pattern in your suffering.  

 

We form a belief in age 0-7 to hide a ‘Lack’ created by some event. To manage the belief, we form tendencies in 7-14 years of age. With the advent of sexual energy, those latent tendencies become our pattern from 14 to 21. Post the age of 21 years, we only keep repeating the patterns of suffering.  

 

For instance, take this pattern- 

You cannot experience love and sustain relationships and land up feeling rejected and unworthy. It has a ‘lack’ in 0-7 age when your sibling was born, making you feel unloved and rejected. You form a tendency being a ‘need to be nice’ or ‘need to be needed’ to gain love and acceptance and with the advent of sexual energy in 14 to 21, you form a pattern of giving all of you to gain relationships. Your belief around unworthiness does not let you feel loved enough and this becomes your pattern to continue to feel unloved and rejected in every relationship. Likewise, for any disorder and disease, there is an algorithm working inside each one of us.

What is distress? All of us experience it, in one way or another. There is distress among all healthy people right from a young age stored as hopelessness leading to a diminishing sense of contentment growing the void within. What is the relationship between distress and disorder and disease?  And how does one form of suffering transform into another one?  

 

Every moment we live is an event and every event generates an emotion. Every emotion makes us form a belief. This belief then keeps attracting events to validate the belief and generate the same emotion time and again. Over a period, this becomes distress affecting all aspects of life. Efforts to suppress such emotions, requires the mind to be strong to suppress it. When the mind cannot handle these emotions, it becomes a mental disorder. If the mind is strong, then the suppressed emotions when cannot stay in the body any longer, disrupt the functioning of the body. We call that disease.  

 

In this lecture, you discover how distress, disorder and disease are interconnected and what are the triggers for your suffering. 

Every moment we live is an experience and each experience generates an emotion. Every disappointment in our experience creates negative emotions.  

 

Inadequacy, unloved, jealousy, anger, guilt, shame and fear, to name a few emotions, are all inter-related.  One negative emotion leads us to make a belief, which forms a behavior to experience another negative emotion and this sets into action- a whirlpool of such negative emotions. 

 

For example– the guilt of stealing money may lead to fear/shame and that may lead to being controlling and manipulative in the relationship, destroying the warmth and love. Learn the science of emotions and how they are instrumental in the formation of your patterns. Simple flow-charting shows the influence of ego, power and hope on your experiences and becomes the base for creating your own algorithm. 

We either indulge or suppress. We  do not know how to look at it in a healthy manner. What is the right way?  Some look down upon it and others balance it out by calling it sacred. Trapped in morality, ego and belief, this simple natural mystical life force energy which flows in us with every breath gets suffocated and impacts our health and well-being. Where have we gone wrong? What mistakes are we making? What is the real purpose of sexual desire? How does it transmute into certain attributes to make us intimate with ourselves?

Science of Mental Health

Mind has no mind outside the need to survive. In its purest form its consciousness.

Emotions are the language of your spirit. If you experience negative emotions, that means your spirit is contaminated. We express ourselves with various emotions. If you suppress your emotion, you feel suffocated. The more you suppress your emotions, the more you generate negative emotions.  So, mental disorder is a state in which behavior, thought or emotion occurs on its own, without any control of our mind, and it interferes with the normal functioning of our lives. Each one of us has a tendency to develop mental disorder as we do have certain situations in which some emotions are triggered on their own.  

 

How is the mind created in you?

Every moment is an event, and every event has an emotion. A thought is created to suppress, regulate, express or control the emotion. An excess of thought means your mental health is not optimal.

How will the techniques help you?

The techniques are simple and effective. The first technique- observe your breath, is the foundation of cure. The science is simple observing your breath is inversely proportional to thoughts. The more you observe your breath the less the number of thoughts. Fewer thoughts mean easy access to emotions.

Emotions have emotion, so as you continue to observe your breath your emotions begin to ground. Therefore, leaving you with optimal mental health.
